Christopher Cerimille Joins Grace Matthews, Inc.

Christopher D. Cerimele has joined Grace Matthews, Inc.’s Chemical Investment Banking Group as Managing Director, it was announced today by John Beagle, Grace Matthews’ Managing Director and Chemicals Practice Lead.

Chris will advise corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, valuation services, fairness opinions and strategic alternative reviews.  Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Chris was head of the chemicals practice at Houlihan Lokey.  Chris previously held positions with Credit Suisse First Boston and Lincoln International, where he started and led their chemicals group.

Chris earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.  He also holds a C.P.A. (inactive).   In 2010, he received a 40 Under 40 Recognition Award from the M&A Advisor.
